1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Olmcheperur Garments, located in Chepareria, West Pokot, concerning your access to and use of this website as well as any related media form, online channel, or mobile website related or connected thereto.

2. Custom & Wholesale Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of our tailoring services (including Kitenge, church vestments, and institutional uniforms), the following rules apply:

• Measurements: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. We are not liable for garments that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the client.
• Fabric Variations: Slight variations in dye lots, fabric texture, and embroidery alignment are normal in custom textile manufacturing and do not constitute a defect.
• B2B Accounts: Wholesale accounts require a valid KRA PIN and Company Name. We reserve the right to revoke wholesale status if an account is found to be purchasing for individual retail use rather than institutional purposes.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are indicated in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website at any time.

• Payment Methods: We accept Lipa na M-Pesa and Direct Bank Transfers (BACS).
• Deposits: For large bulk orders and high-value custom tailoring, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins. The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch.
• Bank Transfers: Orders paid via bank transfer will only begin processing once the funds have completely reflected in our Equity Bank account.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with trusted nationwide couriers (such as G4S and Fargo Courier) to deliver your garments safely. Once a package is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. However, we will assist in raising claims for any packages lost or damaged in transit. Please inspect all deliveries before signing the delivery note.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return policy strictly separates standard items from custom-made items:

• Standard Items: Off-the-rack items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund, provided they are unwashed, unworn, and have original tags attached.
• Custom/Tailored Items: Items made to your specific measurements or embroidered with your logos are strictly non-refundable. If a manufacturing error occurs on our end, we will provide free alterations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and custom garment designs, is the property of Olmcheperur Garments. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without our express written permission.
