Ordering & Customization
How do I provide my measurements for a custom order?
You can visit our workshop in Chepareria for professional fitting, or follow our online “Measurement Guide.” For bulk school or corporate orders, we typically send a tailoring team to your institution to measure all staff or students personally.
What is the turnaround time for custom Kitenge garments?
Bespoke Kitenge and custom tailoring usually take 5–10 business days depending on the complexity of the design. We will give you a specific “Ready Date” immediately after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer embroidery for existing garments?
Yes! We provide high-quality machine embroidery for logos, names, and religious symbols. You can bring your own garments or purchase from our premium stock.
Delivery & Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Lipa na M-Pesa and Direct Bank Transfers to our Equity Bank account. For institutional orders, we also accept official checks. Please note that for custom tailoring, a 50% deposit is required to begin work.
Do you deliver outside of West Pokot?
Absolutely. We offer nationwide delivery across Kenya via Fargo Courier and G4S. Bulk orders for schools or hotels are delivered via our dedicated transport to ensure they arrive in perfect, unwrinkled condition.
