1 Delivery Information
Standard Nationwide Courier
For standard retail orders (like individual school uniforms or off-the-rack items), we use trusted nationwide courier services (e.g., G4S, Wells Fargo, Fargo Courier).
- Processing: 1-2 business days.
- Delivery Time: 2-4 business days nationwide.
- Tracking: Waybill number provided via email.
Bulk Institutional Orders
Large orders for schools, hotels, and church vestments are handled via dedicated freight to ensure garments arrive unwrinkled and perfectly packed.
- Processing: Varies by production schedule.
- Delivery Time: Arranged specifically with your institution.
- Handling: Packaged in secure, moisture-proof bulk casing.
2 Returns & Exchanges
Standard Items
If your standard off-the-rack uniform or uncustomized item does not fit, we gladly accept returns or size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
- Contact support to initiate a return waybill.
- Customer caters for the return courier fee.
Custom & Tailored Items
Because custom Kitenge, bespoke tailoring, embroidered garments, and specific church vestments are made to your exact measurements, special rules apply.
- No standard returns for custom-fitted items.
- If there is a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days.
- We offer free alterations for sizing errors made on our end.
Missing or Damaged Packages: Always inspect your package upon delivery before signing the courier receipt. If the package appears tampered with, take a photo immediately and notify us via our Contact Page or WhatsApp line before opening.
